He received his M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics from Quaid-i- Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan He is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Department of Mathematics, Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, Pakistan. His research area is fuzzy logic, fuzzy set theory, and decision making. He has published 230 research articles in international peer-reviewed journals, including ISI Indexed/IF Journal publications. He can be considered as one of the best research fellows at the Department of Mathematics. Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. Some papers have been published in high-impact journals including International Journal of Intelligent Systems, Soft Computing, International Journal of General Systems, Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems, International Journal of Fuzzy Systems, Journal of Ambient Intelligence and Humanized Computing, Soft Computing, Mathematics and Symmetry.
