I am Dr. Rashid Khan, working as Associate Professor of Physics at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. My area of research is theoretical particle physics, specifically we investigate the phase diagram of quantum chromodynamics (QCD) by using different models like quark-meson model. We look for critical value of temperature and chemical potential at which the hadronic phase is transform to a new phase called quark-gluon plasma phase and also look for the order of phase transformation, 1st order, 2nd order or cross-over.
