Dr. Syed Haider Khalil is an assistant professor at the Institute of Business Studies & Leadership, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Pakistan. He holds a master of business administration from Birmingham University, UK and a PhD in Management from the University of York, UK. He is interested in both traditional and contemporary research methods in the field of management and HRM with particular interest in Tourism, Sustainability, Organisational Behaviour, entrepreneurship education and hospitality. He has gained moderate to extensive knowledge about the use of several advanced software applications such as, SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS, R, and Nvivo, thus enabling him to run complex social science research models. He has published several research papers in national and international peer reviewed journals.
