An Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Education & Sports at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, with a PhD in Sports Sciences & Physical Education. My work focuses on strength and conditioning, athletics coaching, and sports performance. As a former international athlete and a World Athletics Certified Level-II Coach for sprints and hurdles, I have had the privilege of coaching elite sprinters and hurdlers and national medalists athletes. Alongside teaching and supervising postgraduate students, I actively publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences. My current research interests include strength training, neuroplasticity, and the relationship between physical activity, sleep, and mental health. Beyond academia, I am a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), serve as President of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Fencing Association. I am passionate about bringing Sports, science, and practice together to improve athlete development and promote community health through evidence-based approaches.
