Currently, I am working on investigation of nanostructured materials for flexible electronic devices. These materials include ZnO, KNN, BaTiO3, PZT and some polymers such as PVDF, etc. For synthesis of these materials, I developed various chemical routes such as hydrothermal, solvothermal, sol-gel, electrospinning, oil bath technique, solid state reaction route followed by ball milling, and some other wet chemical techniques. I also developed nanomaterial's growth technique and achieved material's well aligned nanorods at optimum processing conditions on ITO and flexible PET substrates. Such materials can be used in fabrication of flexible and portable electronic devices in the domain of piezoelectric, pyroelectric and triboelectric nanogenerators and photodetectors and can find potential applications worldwide in the semiconductor industry.
